What is currently used as the gallery space is 40′x65′ with no columns and an excellent floor load. The ceiling height is 13′.The center section contains 2 rooms 16′ x 20′ and 2 smaller rooms now used for storage.
The back section is 40′ x 25′ with 13′ ceilings and a 11′ x 22′ balcony with a sink and toilet.
The basement is approximately 8000 sq.ft. It is clean, dry and usable.
The front half was used for shops and offices prior to the renovation.
There is a new electrical service of 400 amps.
When the building was constructed in the 50′s there was a plan to add a second floor
so the present roof is constructed with bar joists and concrete sufficient to bear that addition if necessary.
